When you submit the Contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, event type, preferred event date, event location or venue, and the content of your message. In addition, with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate and anonymous statistics on the use of the site (pages visited, approximate country and city derived from an anonymized IP address, traffic sources). 3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss availability for a possible engagement, and to organise the requested performance if you decide to proceed. It is never used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing is your request and the steps taken prior to entering into a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent given by submitting the Contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations. After that, they are deleted.

6. Recipients and Processors

Form submissions are processed through a managed backend infrastructure, and email notifications may be delivered through a transactional email provider. These providers act as data processors and only process your data on documented instructions. Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

7. International Transfers

Some of the providers we rely on may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are protected by the safeguards required by the GDPR, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
